Upon contacting Paw-Approved Pet Sitting Services we will coordinate a date and time for a free comprehensive home interview at your convenience. We then meet with you and your pet(s). The interview gives the potential client an opportunity to discuss pet’s needs , ask questions, discuss concerns and get to know us. During our home interview Paw-Approved will review business policies and procedures with clients. You decide how often you want your pet sitter to visit and what services performed.
When client desires to book Paw-Approved for services we will obtain detailed information about caring for your pet(s) and their daily routines. Arrangement for key pick up along with home security checks will be discussed.
Key Security:
How do we know that our key and security codes are safe? Good question! Paw-Approved maintains client's keys and security codes in a safe and secure manner at all times. No identifying information is ever attached to keys or security codes. We use a numeric coding system to provide the utmost in home security. At Paw-Approved Pet Sitting Services we request that two keys be provided. One key is assigned to your pet sitter provider and the second key is kept at the main office for emergencies if needed. All keys are kept in locked key boxes. Arrangement for key return and/or key storage options are discussed at time of home interview.
